I was close to reaching 300 pounds. I reached my goal of 220 but was unsatisfied with my results. I'm not going to lie, I expected my gut to disappear. I expected a six pack. Hell, at least a four pack. I am stronger and faster but still not where I want to be. So what else can I do except move forward.
I follow the Dolce Diet Principles by Mike Dolce. In the near future I'll be releasing my own content concerning weight loss.
